Christina Waltner has put together a 14-day program with exercises that basically everyone can do at some point during the day. The best and most effective is however to simply get up 20 minutes earlier and do them first thing in the morning. All the Yoga teachings agree that the morning hours, and in particular shortly before sunrise, is the best and most powerful time of the entire day. The energy that we gain during this time stays with us the whole day and has an intensive effect on our entire being.

So: Overcome that laziness and set your alarm a bit earlier and get excited about having a few moments that are just for yourself. Moments that will leave you feeling balanced and energized and ready to take on the day, and also have the practical side effect of optimally increasing your metabolism for hours to come.

Important for all the exercises: work precisely. It is better to go slow, but exact. To break the morning silence, try putting on some relaxing music and let it play quietly. For example the Carpe Diem Wellbeing-Zone CD (available in stores) with music in harmony with the positive vibrations of planet tones.
